Pros

Nothing since it's Director Professor Saleemul Huq passed away.

Cons

ICCCAD was once a great place to work. Since Prof. Saleemul Huq’s death in October 2023, it's been hijacked by his wife and son. Both self-appointed, unqualified and unaccountable. The work environment is now toxic. Staff are treated like servants, paid far less than what’s reported to donors, and there’s zero transparency or structure, no salary scale, no performance evaluation system, just chaos. They lie to donors about organogram, policies, their own experiences, staff salaries and funding use. It’s run like a private family business, with no board or oversight. What was once a respected institution is now a cash-grab with no ethics.
