Somewhat flexible work schedule. Tasks range from building maintenance repairs to running events (>150 people). Various assortment of skills learnt from mechanical repairs to interpersonal and coordination/management skills.
Cons
One cannot forecast a specific set of work hours or a work timetable in advance. Things continually come up at random times of the work day. Inconvenient since the job is intended to be part time and flexible hours.
