Pros
- You work very closely with all departments and employees and get a chance to work in all aspects of the company - Lots of parking available - If you live in Etobicoke or near Square One in Mississauga then the commute will be short
Cons
- You work very closely with all departments and become frustrated at the level of Incompetency (especially in the finance department where you catch employees watching videos on their phone all day long) - Directors hire their family members into the company so don't expect to get that raise because it's already been given to that employee who's attached to his phone - Most of the charity money is spent on the three-course feasts laid out at board meetings, which causes employees to question the charity's principles and whether they're honorable - We're told to work late and on weekends for events that 99% of the staff is usually not interested in attending - Workload is impossible to get through and salaries are very low
