Pros
Excellent benefits including 4-day work week, friendly colleagues, lots of autonomy within your role. If you have ideas and the drive o see them through, you'll get the support you need. Great work/life balance and they do work that you can feel really proud of. Honestly the best job I've ever had!
Cons
In-office only (but again, 4-day work week!). Director is quirky, but brilliant and supportive once you learn his humor.
