      Pros

      Taken over by International Paper therefore the goal is to be highly process driven Leadership including the MD are really good Work life balance- depends on profile but the core managemnt of the company supports a healthy balance Your career considerations will be taken into account Stability Very good for long term career- if u stick to the company- IP is known for it High consideration for core values

      Cons

      Still transitioning so the culture is not vibrant Employee engagement has to be taken up seriously, right now it is almost non existent, appears as if just done to strike the list of things to do Highly bureaucratic People management needs to be handled in a matured way, although the changes will come gradually Long way to go before it will be called a matured organization- relevant only for IPAPPM, IP is an amazing place to work

      Very good company follows US standards , Initially they offer very high package but later increment will be only 6% or 8%. Work life balance, work environment is good .

      Cons

      Some Managers are not good.
