ISW is a flat organization that offers flexibility and a safe workplace where you can voice out your opinions, get real responsibilities and leeway to achieve your goals. It’s a great place to work if you have an entrepreneurial spirit, understanding the goals and proactively have your own ways to achieve them.
Cons
It’s a scale up, there are many trial and errors. The flexibility could be a con, as opportunities come and go, therefore our skill to move in a fast paced and adapt. It’s a nice opportunity to learn but could be challenging for people who need things to be structured and demand guidance all the time.
