      Total disasterous company. Don't join even if you don't have JOB.

      Pros

      Good for girls. Come at 8.30 am and go out on 5.30pm.

      Cons

      Manager will get a lot of work from you and when it come to appraisal or any benefits they will curl their hand and will say I am HELPLESS. If you are good at work and when you resign, managers will play politics and convey to HR a negative feedback. Meanwhile if you go out before the notice period, HR will not clear your FNF or any other documents.

      Benefits are only for the senior management. Normal employees wont' see any benefits.

      Cons

      There are no words to explain the cons. There is no Growth plan for the company. Company is shrinking like anything. All the profits are eaten by the senior management. No perks would be given for the employees. HR works only for management, not for employees

      In my 8 years of professional experience this was by far the worst company.

      Absolutely Nothing , Trust me on this. I worked full-time 8 months in this organisation.

      Treated as the puppets of clients. No one wants to listen your side of story. one or two complaints from the client and you're literally out of the job - you are going to loose your job with in hours, whether you are right or wrong - nobody cares not even your LM. Do Not Join This Company - It's a SCAM!
