Pros

Time flexibility and good for fresh grads to have a comprehensive and steep learning curve.

Cons

The management and in-house recruiter are willing to lie just to get people in. You won't see any advertisement on any job sites because it reflects a bad image seeing the incredible high turnover rate. I was disappointed that most what we agreed during the interview dissipated into thin air. Be careful and ask hard questions to the recruiter and your hiring managers - record and recap in email what you agreed. Ask about (and run away if you got any of this red flag): 1. Commission structure - invariably will be answered by 5% 2. Why the position vacant - they will say for both expansion and replacement 3. Why you didn't advertise? - they will answer 'we prefer personal recommendation' 4. How much is the outstation accommodation - 'No cap' There are many more and whatever aspects important to you, make sure you recap and get them acknowledged in writing.
