No room for growth if you're not a relative of management - at least in Moldova they only give a vision of professional growth, but if you look well you'll find out that every manager is a relative of some other manager.
Also, if you're ready to spend 6 hours a day in a car and 1 hour actually working \ 4 days a week - this is the right place for you. If you finish work a bit earlier you will not be let to go home before the end of the working day. Also, the head of mission is someone you'll se max 2 times in your life because God knows where he is, his office is always empty and he actually doesn't care about "lower level" workers.
