Pros

Nice small office and friendly colleagues

Cons

- No proper process for management, project documentation or code/peer review process - Lack of technical acumen in the leadership, lots of micromanagement and no real ownership of any project - No scope for career growth or proper guidelines from technical leadership and middle managers - Delayed salary disbursement and malpractice of negotiations outside signed contract - Lack of coding & engineering standards - Inconsistent out-of-scope & additional client meetings and product demos/presentations for junior engineers - Unpaid overtime work on weekends and holidays in the understaffed engineering team

Pros

- Easy job to get. - Work for a multinational telecom company

Cons

- They are late most of the times in terms of salary disbursement - It is a field based sales job. There will be no work life balance - Management will insult you every way possible to get the target achieved - Hostile environment. Your superior or subordinate all are there to sabotage your work. - Work station would be outside city. And distribution houses are shambolic
