Pros
There is a great culture within the organization. Everyone seems to be in good spirits most of the time. The work life balance is very good too!
Cons
A bit unorganized. It seemed as if people were reporting to a number of people at one time, making certain tasks more difficult than others. Also made it difficult to prioritize deadlines as not everyone worked directly in the office.
