Pros
The company is extremely ethical. I have stuck with the company for last 3.5 years, have seen lot of people come and go. Overall I have learnt a lot with Intileo. I feel lucky to have come across an organisation like this where I learnt a lot and still more learning to go with.
Cons
Hard work pays you, I have grown not only personally but also professionally. I dont see any cons in working with Intileo.
