      People are okay except for one person.

      Cons

      There's one person who's a cancer in this company. They check your social media activities, check your posts and use them against you. They can fire you anytime they see a hole in you. The worst thing here is the boss yelling, you will be embarrassed, she will roll her eyes on you.

      Pros

      Salary is above or at. market rate. Hybrid working arrangement (only going to the office as needed). HMO covers 2 dependents. Great work culture and teammates.

      Cons

      Poor employee management. Management reading personal messages among staffs and using it against them. They also use gaslighting & manipulation to take control of employees. Authoritative management.

      Median salary and great people except ops sr leaders

      Cons

      Sr Manager of Operations is evil and very manipulative. HR blindly supports and tolerates the evil management style of this Sr. Manager and her sidekicks. Very entitled and manipulative leaders esp in Ops, spreads rumors and spends too much time on people issues and factions. Very obsessive about and addicted to managing out people. HR just turns a blind eye.
