Pros
Per diem pay rate for my position is $20/hr + mileage to the office(.70/per mile) Working in a general practice gives you exposure to all demographics
Cons
The manager is way too lenient with young ladies who often call in sick/leave early. The front office staff does not adhere to PHI rules. They are always on their phones(social media, selfies and personal calls). Most human resource duties have been outsourced to Pakistan as well as the call center.
