Pros
Diane is nice, clients are all CEO's friends.
Cons
If you've interviewed for this company, follow your gut, save your time and take an offer else where. Pay is low, turnover is high. Couldn't be more than 7 employees and everyone has a "VP" title. Unorganized and often embarrassing that CEO scrambles at the last minute to get projects done for clients. CEO often has unrealistic & last minute request, clients are unhappy & I can only imagine how this company will appear on your resume. Beware of that. Very small office space. Almost like a prison cell, loud fan is disturbing and it gets pretty warm. Poor unpaid intern actually had a full-time work load.

Pros
The All-Star team makes working at ILG an all around great experience. The CEO is very accommodating to her employees, we have someone who brings in her son once a week and it is never an issue. I'm a Veteran and Diane was able to see my skills and find where I would be a perfect fit to add to the ILG Experiential Marketing Team.
Cons
You have to have an entrepreneurial mindset to be successful on this team. I wouldn't call it a con, I find it to be a factor that makes the team as a whole stronger and continue to master the skills we have.
