- Sr. Management is out of touch with their employees and does not properly support their needs (workload, support staff, training).
- The belief here is more about band-aids to quickly hide a problem vs. investing in proper solutions
- Payscale seems way off. No consistency based on level, experience, etc. The money is for the people that scream the loudest.
- People are promoted to manager without the proper experience or training - mostly based on convenience. In sharp contrast, some are kept in the same role/level for years without growth.
