      Pros

      Monday free lunches. Free Starbucks coffee on Fridays.

      Cons

      Limited holidays and vacation. No more than 2 weeks no matter how long you work there. Day after Thanksgiving is not a paid holiday nor is Christmas Eve. Vicious office gossip and back stabbing mentality.

      Pros

      None quite honestly. My manager wasn’t a bad manager but literally had no authority so having a good manager with no authority is completely pointless.

      Cons

      Everything at the company: the growth opportunity, compensation vs actual responsibilities, benefits...I could go on and on. Biggest problem is c-level and upper management who want to keep their employees down, but what’s worse is that this direction comes straight the owner. Who’s “family values” are apparently quite different from the average working person.

      Decent place to work- you will need to "roll with the punches"

      Pros

      -Believes in continuing education, and will pay for classes to help employees grow and keep up with the industry. -Internal team is dedicated, passionate, and hardworking. Lots of opportunities for team building. -There are opportunities for growth IF you are "in" with upper management.

      Cons

      -Sneaky with vacation days. When I started I signed on for 13 PTO days a year. Upper management decided to change it to 3 PTO days. It was a struggle with HR to get back the remaining days. -HR has a habit of taking away holidays. (This was a COVID policy.) -Internal team: a little cliquey.
