Pros
Fab company, really good place to work. The work it's self is like no other work you will have done before, most of the staff are wonderful and have come from real lived experiences.
Cons
Pay is far too low for the role. Expenses do not add up, for the miles required to drive the pay does not reflect this. All my pay goes straight back into my tank, whenever there's talk of a pay rise it gets squished very quickly
