Great Culture, Smart People, and Real Work-Life Balance

Pros

Flexibility is genuinely part of the culture. Whether it’s your schedule, working location, or workload, there’s a lot of trust in how you manage your time. The company stays ahead of the curve with technology and tools. You're encouraged to experiment, learn, and grow. Leadership is open to feedback and actively works to improve systems and processes so people feel supported, not burned out. There's a strong sense of autonomy without losing the feeling of being part of a team. The agency in industry agnostic so the work can be very meaningful and spans a lot of industries. You’re also surrounded by smart, thoughtful people who want to do great work.

Cons

Like most growing companies, things move very fast and sometimes change quickly, but that's what makes working here great. If you prefer strict structure or routine it may not be the place for you. Flexibility, creativity, collaboration, and positivity are KEY! Because the company is so future-focused, older systems or processes are occasionally being rebuilt or reimagined so you have to be the kind of person who is okay with change.

Pros

I love working remotely and having a great work-life balance. The team is awesome!! I feel like my opinion and work matters. I love learning and I feel like I'm always learning something new in my role here at IW.

Cons

I sometimes experience miscommunication with the team as we're communicating over slack and email- I think that's any remote position though.

Employee Burn Out and Mind Games

Pros

Work is straight forward for the most part. Employees make an effort to try to make the best of everyday work. Benefits are good if you don't have a family or kids. Some great employees. Pay is decent.

Cons

Employees are constantly burnt out, overworked, and upset which leads to mistakes and quality control issues. There is no work culture or work life balance although a few employees have been trying to build one. The COO likes to test employees without telling them they are being tested and then tells them they have failed an imaginary test. The COO and CEO are often in disagreement. Management favors some employees while discrediting and ignoring others. Employees often blame each other for mistakes instead of taking responsibility. Employees don't greet each other or clients in meetings. Employees follow each other and management reguardless of what they truly think or need.
