Pros
Popcorn machine in the break room. Decent wages. Just got benefits for full-time employees.
Cons
Got bought out by RAO. RAO management doesn't care about patient care or happiness just making a quick buck. They say they're "helping" but refuse to acknowledge table weight limits, employee stress levels, and any of the protocols we had in place before their takeover. They get mad at you for having over time but "can't" hire more employees so we are forced to work a minimum of 2 and a half hours over time every week. Didn't train us for the job they expect us to do. I could go on but I only have so much I can say before losing it.
