      Its a small business so it allows you to grow if you play your cards right

      Cons

      They constantly take advantage of you. They dont mind at all if you have to work 12 hours straight per day to achieve what they are asking for and if you still dont make it even though you gave away all your social life they threat you awful. All the bosses are males, you'll never see a woman on a manager position or above.
