None, I never made it past the initial screening
Cons
They make candidates complete a technical challenge before even scheduling a call to discuss the role. I did so and never received any feedback.

Pros
Engineering and design colleagues are top notch. Lots of interesting work to do. Ability to have a big impact on the products being built. Very innovative and passionate teams. A strong positioning in the competitive landscape. Visionary leadership.
Cons
Normal challenges of working in a start-up: lots of exciting work to do but little time to do it all. Culture is one of radical candour which doesn't work for everyone.
