      Pros

      Will sometimes travel for work. You will have a greater appreciation for your life when you no longer work there.

      Cons

      This is the most mismanaged agency of genuinely horrible people. The toxic culture of blaming is rampant.

      Creative agency with the best people

      Pros

      Team is extremely hard-working, creative and genuinely cool and fun to spend time with. The agency invests in its people, giving them chance to attend cultural events, learn new skills, and broaden their perspectives. There is lots of flexibility and freedom within the agency and with a little proactivity and ambition there is ample opportunity to grow both vertically or horizontally.

      Cons

      The agency doesn't adhere to a traditional or hierarchical org design and there is shared accountability across teams, which may not work for everyone.

      Pros

      IN is an agile agency who moves fast. This means there is a lot of freedom and flexibility for employees to have their POV spark change. Leadership regularly takes feedback from the team and I see them do their best to make improvements. While nothing is perfect, I personally have had the opportunity to grow, try new positions and learn. The people here are top notch!

      Cons

      It's a very busy place to work! This is pretty industry standard. The pace of work is best suited to those who like to move quickly
