A pathetic place to work in... lots of politics and groupism.. No future scope, only maintenance of legacy / very very old technology based software, Fearful yes-men surrounding CEO and CTO. Impossible to provide feedback or question decisions. Parent company is just trying to recover their investment and don't care, Don't fake with unnecessary company updates and news when the base of the company is shaken Extensive expectations from employees, work on most of the weekends but do not expect anything in return. Worst Management, Least Technical People, No Growth, Biased Management, No Vision, Worst Company Policies Idiots have been made to sit at the management level. No one knows how things work, they are just there as a parasite for the parent company. Always ready to please their seniors who sit in parent company or the major clients with fake promises, and in this process tech team employees are getting humiliated and pressurized unnecessarily. There's no respect for anyone. Think, thrice, I said thrice, before joining this dumb bunch of mannerless people. Even clients and parent company is not aware about the ground realities. They are living in fool's paradise. Depressing environment, management is old with old thinking, Technologies used are old and outdated IT uses tools that are barely used by any other firm. Work culture is very poor and environment is disappointing. Attrition has gone to all level high because of bad management and poor leadership.
