      Pros

      - Friendly Team - Lot of opportunity to learn for the engineers - Team are helpful - Management is approachable - 1 half day a month which included food - Lot of staff outings and drinks

      Cons

      - Expect a lot for little return - It was difficult to talk to people at times as everyone is busy - Promises of bonuses, but nothing was really done - Not a lot of opportunity for those that aren't engineers

      Pros

      Team is small, but very friendly. Higher ups are all very approachable. In-depth training is also provided with a good and clear understanding of your own personal goals. You get recognised for the work you are involved in and higher ups are always grateful for what you do. It's a very positive work environment.

      Cons

      It can be very full on at times and slightly overwhelming with workload (but this could also be a pro if you enjoy that environment). If you're not familiar with the industry, the product Ionix produce can be very confusing to get your head around.
