No consistency in goals, no leadership, micro management, CEO is a classic bully who thrives off of putting people down while pretending to care (hint: he doesn't) and by example creates a toxic work environment top down.

Turn over rate is crazy. Extremely poor communication between teams and upper management. CEO is a classic bully who yells at people in the office, especially during the meetings. He likes to make humiliating comments regarding people's marital statuses and personal information in front of other people rarely taking into consideration people's feelings. it is heartbreaking to see how poorly these people are treated by their managers. If you're still considering to join I would recommend to negotiate a higher salary right away because to get a raise would be a challenge. Same goes for work from home/ hybrid work mode, Get it in writing before signing the offer.
