      Terrible management. Everybody is over worked due to the companies in ability to retain employees.

      Great Pay and Relatively easy to get into if you're interested in getting into electrical work

      Cons

      High Turnover rate. Nobody actually trains you one-on-one and you're left to wonder if you're lost. Give it a month and chances are you and your crew are gone and replaced with another batch.
