At IronConnect you get to work in the Ag industry and with that comes customers that are very down to earth and nice to deal with. IronConnect as a company will bring you in and make you feel like a part of the family. The management is very understanding of work life balance and will always try to do the right thing. If you come in ready to work this job can be very fulfilling! Enjoyed my time there.
Cons
Have to have some independence and be a little self driven. They will train you and give you the tools you need but rely heavily on you to run with it.
