Pros

New office. The old office was in a horrible area. Syringe needles outside of the front door and lots of dodging homeless people on drugs in the street adjoined to the garage. Multiple robberies.

Cons

- Sales team dynamic is poor. Lots of scolding out in the open. - Unethical leadership - CEO has a closed door policy and there are no doors. - Turnover at an all time high because of how people are treated. - Lots of criticizing behind employees back - Product needs a lot of work. - No management over your own deals. - People are "promoted" and then let go oddly quick because they couldn't "handle the job". - No one has time for you. Collaboration at an all time low, especially between LE's and Sales. - If you even have a decent sized deal, you do not own it, management does and then they scold your client and then your deal is postponed. - No longer legal for legal. - Overpromising - Voted worst place to work by any former employee I've spoken to - Leadership has terrible reputations - ask around before you interview.

I'm sorry but this review is just not true. We are constantly working to improve as an organization and value constructive feedback. When we receive it, we take it to heart. But I have to stand up for the team when I see so many untrue and mean-spirited things written in this review. The only thing I'd say to anyone reading this - please do ask around before you interview! I'm happy to let our reputation speak for itself. -Jason, CEO

Pros

Learn what not to do in business can be as good as learning what to do.

Cons

WARNING **5 YEAR VEST** - Management does not listen nor do they care. Ask about the high turnover. The product cannot scale, they know this and don't have a viable solution. Look at how many Legal Engineers, PR for Implementation they have and use. Talking about culture isn't culture.

We take comments like this incredibly seriously and I even addressed this one with the company at our weekly standup. I'm sorry this person had a tough time at Ironclad. I spend a lot of time with our sales team and I'm sure that this does not reflect the state of the sales team (or any team at Ironclad). -Jason, CEO

Pros

Okay pay, good benefits, and remote work

Cons

If you're remote you don't get promotions, there's obvious favoritism for people in the office and white people in general, They fire people of color easily or bully people of color until they quit. The bdr managers are all racists. The bdr team has tenured BDRs of over 2 years and there is no path to promotion. I feel undervalued in my role here and I am micromanaged like crazy because they don't trust poc to get the job done even if my numbers look good.
