Pros
They have good hours, and a good office environment.
Cons
The way they perform business is appalling. When they do surveys, they provide the caller with a list of responses to give if the person they call does not want to participate in the survey or starts resisting. If the person they call hangs up, they WILL call them back repeatedly to "finish the survey". I have been on both ends of the call. I have seen who they usually "target"- disabled & elderly. It is horrible.
