Pros

Not many... not any really

Cons

Low salary, probably lowest in the industry, while the expectation is to work more than 10-12 hours per day. Management is very junior and it shows. They make decisions to fire people out of the blue. Only promoting their friends. They don't care about their company. They are never there. No one knows what they do and where they go. People are fired in Teams calls. Even early employees. Nothing matters. Not the work and risk that people invested early in the company. Isar Aersopace used to have a good culture and very good people. Now it has a terrible culture, politics and ego-driven people calling the shots. Just avoid!

Pros

What sounds like a cool product, rockets

Cons

On the surface all is good. Good PR, cool product, European SpaceX, blabla. In reality, friends of founders get all the opportunities, everyone else is not important. This is opposite what they claim in their jobs and website - flat hierarchies and no politics. If you say no and have a different opinion, you are the enemy straight away. This causes more politics. Launch is massively delayed. Employees are urged to hurry up, but there's no one at the top to manage the whole thing. No CTO and no one who has built rockets before. Technical direction is 0. CEO is busy travelling and no one knows what he does. He is very good at getting money feom investors but can't manage his company.
