Benefits are not that great Factory disorganized

The owners are really just glorified scam artists, time worked doesn't equal time paid to them as they'll skimp you here and there. Expect tons of yelling and fights on a regular basis. The owners and top factory management are racist, sexist really anti anything white and straight. You'll hear from day 1 how they're a Christian company but you'll never hear anything more than talk in that regards except for a few crosses and such. Issues among staff never actually get dealt with, just ignored until they aren't the main focus again.
