Great tech and growth, but complex sales process

Awesome tech, crazy growth, typical solid comp/benefits/etc you would expect from a hypergrowth well funded startup
Cons
Really small number of people have a legit path to quota when I was there. No one really knew or understand what we did in the market, access to interested orgs was very unevenly distributed. Also not a simple sale for many deals. Sometimes there were clear simple uses cases to solve but a lot of times it just felt too complex to have a company buy-in on it. Large enterprise focused product mostly. Also crazy expensive

The browser product is innovative. Free lunch is just okay.
Cons
There are some awful, awful people at this company, and that is a big deal when you you are required to be in office Monday through Friday.
