Pros

Real estate development can be quite challenging, even in the best markets. I appreciate the highly collaborative approach we take, with every discipline within the company contributing at a high level. Strong leadership with high expectations provides a terrific atmosphere for those who like to challenge themselves to grow and succeed.

Cons

While our main office is located in a prime location, getting in and out for meetings and site visits can be very difficult at times due to traffic congestion around the stadiums.

Isola Homes is a fantastic place to work. They truly value their employees. They offer training and development so I can improve my knowledge and experience. The pay and benefits are highly competitive! I truly feel appreciated, which is hard to come by these days.

Cons

Seattle traffic is not ideal.
