Pros
Regular meals, all the equipment is provided, and they make sure you have access to all PPE that you may need. Job is interesting, and you can learn a lot about the profession. Also, you get to see how a ship is built, which is exciting.
Cons
People who've worked there for many years seem to get frustrated by the lack of significant pay raises, and don't seem to feel like they're moving forward in their profession.
