      Pros

      Learnt a lot about my teaching practice due to a very full schedule. The students were great.

      Cons

      Quite far to travel from London. Pay and breaks were not sufficient. I think this has been improved since my post.

      High expectations, low resources and support

      Pros

      Lovely team, everyone is very passionate about the industry and providing a good training for the students.

      Cons

      Role and professionalism expectations are unreasonable based on the resources or personnel provided. Unsustainable level of busy resulting in a high turnover of staff. Most of the Senior Management are somewhat institutionalised (been at Conti for a very long time and/or have never worked anywhere else) and do not listen to outside or new advice. I have suggested several solutions to issues and have been ignored as it isn't 'the Conti way.'

      Pros

      There's a really nice communal feel and a sense that everyone pulls together. It's such a brilliant, fun place to work! There's a huge amount of excitement around all the changes that have taken place following the move to Woking in 2022.

      Cons

      Not a negative as such, but it certainly is busy - there are never enough hours in the day!
