Pros
Good work environment and modern, comfortable installations.
Cons
Since its Chevron acquisition in late 2019, the company has gone through multiple re-orgs. An important number of experienced professionals left the company within the last couple of years, and some other ones let go. The company lost its essence and strong culture. It definitely feels like being in just "another" job, rather than a place to build a long term career. Management keeps selling the message that they want the company to be the best place to work for, to attract and retain the best talent, but then go after their T&Cs, trying to change them or moving teams by tupe to external service providers. Low morale and lack of effective communication and trust in mid/high management levels.
