      Lots of different projects to work on. Good place to start out

      Cons

      Pays much less than market average. Doesn't offer compensation for team leads. Working with clients can be stressful.

      Great place to work, good experience gain by working on a vast number of different projects with their own problems to solve, weekly trainings with lunch provided

      Cons

      Benefits package could be improved upon. Paid Time off and more health insurance coverage would be nice
