They don't provide health insurance

Izeni offers extremely flexible schedules (choose your own hours). They are willing to work with students and beginners, as long as you're willing to learn. They are rapidly expanding; I've been with Izeni for over two years and they've almost tripled in size since I started. Their current office is in an excellent location with lots of windows and a panoramic view of Wasatch range - no dungeons or claustrophobic cubicles here - and is immediately off the freeway exit. They offer frequent pay raises as they grow (almost doubled my pay so far). You get to work on a lot of interesting projects and develop a broad range of skills.

Izeni is a dev shop, so you have to deal with a lot of clients. Personally I find most of the clients easy to work with, but there's always one or two that make me want to fake a sick day. Compensation is probably Izeni's biggest drawback. The pay is fairly low and they offer no benefits other than a handful of paid holidays, although the former may be less of an issue if you're willing to stick it out for a few years (see Pros). Employee organization could be better.
