Pros
The management is great. They treat you extremely well. They are very flexible with your schedule. If you have no experience, but are willing to work your butt off, they're happy to have you on board. And the work is almost always interesting.
Cons
No PTO, except for a few major holidays. Almost everyone but a few select individuals are payed hourly. They are not competitive with salary at all. And there is very little culture.
