Very bad place to work

Pros

Very small organization, so red tape and bureaucracy are less. It is run like a one-man show, so decisions can be taken quickly.

Cons

Ad-hoc firing of employees without reason. People are fired without any notice period. They are given no warning and asked to leave in 5 mins. Monthly salaries are almost always late by 2-3 weeks and sometimes even months. PF is deducted from salary but has not yet been deposited. Salary increments have not been given for several years. Bonus is promised with CTC and never paid. Large chunk of monthly salary is withheld as superannuation fund which is never paid. Earlier eligibility was employees who have been in the company for 5 years or more. This was changed to employees who will retire from the company at 60 years of age. Only employees who retire at 60 years will be eligible for the money. Managers scream and shout at employees in public. No growth plan. No trainings. No processes. Management treats employees very badly. There are no perks or benefits to the employees. No outings, team lunches or any events in the office. No job security at all.
