Accommodating staff. Approachable admins. Customer support's fast response. Newbie friendly.

Cons

You need to open a lot of tabs during class; that's why your laptop may crash due to a heavy load. Even if it is not your fault (technically), they will still give you a penalty and suspension of a maximum of 4 hours that may lead to dismissal, depending on the number of offenses.

Too many penalties. Even if you have no intention of doing it. Even if you have finished half of the class, you won't get any pay.
