Pros
1. Most of people are very nice and helpful generally, except the boss. 2. High technology: Window XP, AutoCAD 2013, MS Office 2000, Louts Notes 4.6 3. Energy saving: Hot and low ventilation rate in office 4. A good school: Learn from plenty of project mistakes. Seniors are busy and never review design until problems occur. 5. A design factory with ‘high’ design quality 6. High salary 7. Free style project management 8. Very high turnover rate: Little middle staffs, junior easy to get promotion 9. A good place to work until retired if you are not aggressive.
Cons
1. Crowded 2. No extra money for OT, but deduction if late for work. 3. 2 months notification before quit even junior 4. Dental insurance is cut after COVID-19
