A lot of good things happening. The company is going through growing pains, but management has the company going in the right direction. Strong manufacturing progress, good communication, and everyone working towards a common goal. Decent hours, decent pay, and free lunch every Thursday.
Cons
Struggling with processes and getting out of the small company mentality. Some are stuck in the way things have always been done and resist change.
