Great opportunity to learn a wide range of skills and certifications very quickly The team are lovely Senior management can be approachable and helpful at times

Minimal work life balance with no overtime pay. Be prepared to be put in unpaid "detention" on certain days. Middle management can be extremely overbearing, inexperienced and rude. This made the job really unbearable at times. Micromanagement is a pivotal part of the workplace culture. This can cause an already stressful job to become even more stressful. Extremely high turnover rate, you are treated as if you're expected to leave when you start. Minimal benefits, no sick pay, no overtime pay and minimum holiday allowance
