It's a high overhead office, lots of admin salaries that need to be paid, as well as the mortgage for the new building. The boss spends his time marketing, not managing his employees. Expect to be all alone on an island with no help from the boss and with clients constantly reminding you about your high billable rate, although all your going to see is pennies on the dollar of that high billable rate.
The long-time employees have it pretty cushy there. They don't work weekends, but you will, and how!
Don't expect a decent work space, those go to the lifers.
Getting a weekend off was tough. If you're not a lifer, expect to have to beg to use vacation time. That's only after everybody else has taken theirs. My one week of vacation time worked out to me working 2 of the 5 days and dealing with e-mails and phone calls the remaining 3 days. That's how it goes for the non-lifers.
