Cons
If you are liked by an individual in management (which 98% of them have never changed) since the business started, you will be saved from the so called "redundancy" process which happens every 1-2 years. Founder is "not involved" but runs behind the scenes. CEO's have changed multiple times but the core business is run via the same management team that have old values which never change... Business strategies are always the unthinkable with always low on cash input for no development available for staff but "do the job" attitude. Issues that happen between employees (serious cases) will never be supported by management as none of them like confrontation therefore staff motivation declines with increasing frustration and anger. To add - there is no kollektivavtal.
