Pros

Office location (for now) Easy access to pubs when you needed a drink

Cons

The company is in absolute MESS, the management there do not know how to run recruitment business. 1. No Training - the company loves to hire fresh grads because they are cheap. But they provide no training and no support whatsoever. 2. Super high turnover rate – people leaves as soon as they realise the problem, this company has no prospect at all. 3. No system - you basically have to start with no database and build your own on an excel spread sheet. You have no idea and no access to any previous record with any clients and candidates. 4. No specialisation – roles are assigned solely base on the management’s mood on the day, there is no such thing call specialisation, anyone can work on any roles. You will find out there are 2 or more consultants working on the same role with the same client with you. 5. Poor leadership & Indecisive management - The Management lacks common sense to make decisions. All the internal and external emails are poorly written and extremely unprofessional with broken english. Consultants who sucks up to management gets the authority to rule everything in the office even doesn’t achieve target. The company is blacklisted with many Institutions and well known for the poor reputation in the industry. 6. Most of the consultants have no billing and low productivity, you get no billing consultants singing and playing around during business hours. 7. Management has no gratitude towards performers. You would get blame if you are receiving commission in their bad business month - I myself received an email from the management attention to the whole office: We are dropping money this month bcoz we need pay so much commission.

Pros

Good work hours, but flex cannot be taken easily now. Colleagues are nice and good people to work with. Global name

Cons

New MD came who is very bad and has a very bad reputation in the industry. Lots of micromanagement, managing from top down and some bullying towards consultants he doesn't like. Company is now very KPI focused. Upper management are very Japanese and old fashioned.
