Pros
I had a blast working for the company. Everyone worked hard and it was easy to show up to work because of the other guys.
Cons
Unfortunately, there was no overtime pay so all our hours were banked for later. It was a summer job from May to August or longer if we decided to stay. We worked on average 12 hours/ night, so overtime would have been amazing.
