Toxic Management: The leadership, particularly the owners, created an oppressive and detrimental work environment.
Hostile Work Environment: There was a pervasive culture of bullying and harassment that went unaddressed.
Verbal Abuse: Employees frequently faced derogatory comments and verbal mistreatment.
Discrimination: There were instances of unfair treatment based on personal characteristics, which contributed to a culture of exclusion.
Contractual Issues: Despite agreed-upon terms, salary reductions were implemented post-contract without proper justification or communication.
Overall Experience: The cumulative effect of these issues made it, in my view, an exceptionally challenging workplace, and one I cannot recommend.
